TrackerHit3Dwas introduced in key4hep/EDM4hep#252 and appeared first in v00-99. Actually later than I thought because the PR was merged in February but we didn't make a tag until July. In any case k4FWCore doesn't compile with EDM4hep before v00-99 for multiple reasons, so we may as well remove the checks.
