how to delete may paper

We submit it to eprint in 2019 (https://eprint.iacr.org/2019/1110), however, we have withdrawn it in 3 Mar 2021. Now we have revised the paper and want to submit to some journal, and we want to withdraw the old version from this website since it may affect the result of plagiarism detection. Could you help us? thanks very much.
