Question

What should be the previous deployment that we use to compute the deployment interval value?

Context

The question was raised during the following PR: #822 (review)

Recently, we introduced the possibility of restarting a deployment without releasing a new App version.
This raises a question: what should be the baseline that we use to compute the interval between deployments?
the first App version revision or the latest?

The team discussed this and came to the conclusion that the deployment interval shall be between end time of revision 1 of the previous version and the end time of revision 1 of the new version.
