When attempting to deploy an application with a failed evaluation, the resulting trace only includes the overall App*DeploymentEvaluations span, but not the spans for the individual evaluations (as it is the case with e.g. tasks).
For an example, see the image below:

Expected behavior:

The deployment trace includes the span for the failed evaluation
