Goal

The goal of this issue is to introduce info about how to create or change custom Grafana dashboards. This should be done not by writing a new docs page about how to do this, but to link the proper Grafana docs sections, which are describing how to achieve the goal. The Grafana docs should be linked from the Grafana README file

DoD

  • new grafana docs page is not introduced
  • grafana README does not contain the information about how to create/change custom dashboards -> it should only contain links to the official Grafana docs with some description around them
