https://github.com/keptn/lifecycle-toolkit/blob/main/docs/content/en/contribute/docs/local-building/index.md states that docs are available on http://localhost:1314/docs-dev - they're not. They're available on http://localhost:1314.

The index.md needs to be updated to remove that /docs-dev.
