Transcribe the content of the "Related Technologies" section of the root CONTRIBUTING.md file. This lists technologies and concepts that one should know when working with Keptn and includes links to materials one can view/read to get up to speed.

Delete that information from the CONTRIBUTING.md file and replace it with a link to this page.

I would like to work on this issue. Can you please provide the link with which we need to replace the content with?
Also, the whole content of "Related Technologies" needs to be replaced with just a link or there is something more to it?

@DivyanshuSonwal It's already mentioned in the main contributing.md file,you just need to replace with the link.But the contributing page is not yet merged ,so you need to wait for sometime.
