Greetings NVDA Resource Monitor Team,
Firstly, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the invaluable contribution of the NVDA Resource Monitor add-on to the accessibility and functionality of NVDA. Your dedication to enhancing the computing experience for users with diverse needs is truly commendable.
I am writing to request the addition of two significant features to the NVDA Resource Monitor:
1.
System Component Temperature Monitoring: It would be immensely beneficial if the Resource Monitor could announce the temperatures of crucial system components such as the CPU and GPU, whether it be an integrated or dedicated graphics processing unit. This feature would greatly enhance users' ability to monitor their system's thermal performance in real-time, helping to prevent overheating and potential hardware damage.
2.
GPU Information Retrieval: Additionally, it would be incredibly useful to have the capability to obtain detailed GPU information, including but not limited to usage percentage and other relevant metrics like we get in the CPU usage percentage and number of cores available right now. As you may already be aware, while some information regarding the GPU can be obtained from the task manager, it is often not easily accessible and lacks comprehensive detail. Providing this functionality within the Resource Monitor would empower users to better understand their GPU's workload and performance, aiding in tasks such as troubleshooting and optimization.
Your consideration of these enhancements would be highly appreciated.
Warm regards,
Rashad.

Core Temp is a lot less useful in Winblows11 now that they broke the system tray for screen readers, so such a thing as this suggestion makes a lot of sense to me now.
