Release kedro-datasets version 6.0.0

feat(datasets): Added the Experimental SafetensorsDataset #898
Need to remove code that's marked as "to be removed": ibis dataset: https://github.com/kedro-org/kedro-plugins/blob/main/kedro-datasets/kedro_datasets/ibis/table_dataset.py#L123-L128
fix(datasets): share the cache of Ibis connections #941
feat(datasets): table_dataset add database parameter to pass through to create_table(), create_view(), and table() #909
build(datasets): Add official support for python 3.13 #938
