latest firmware doesnot work?

Hi I bought two pre made picocart64 cards, both worked fine. I decided to update the firmware now they are both dead. I bought them on aliexpress but as I said they initially worked.

I dropped the firmware on the mounted drive first, then ejected and remounted to load the build rom. I tried a few roms all z64 and even the test rom.

when I boot in the n64 its just black,
I tried unstable
I tried unstable 133
and develop.

I tried just the firmware and also the rom builder, all version give no output. Console otherwise works fine.
