I love this plugin and what it does, but I already use styleguidist as my documentation for my library. Would there in the future be a way to opt out of VuePress perhaps through a CLI setup?

Yeah!
I'll plan to opt out of VuePress.
Maybe, I'll plan to provide opt out with CLI prompts.
