Hellow!
When I had update your datepicker from v1.3.6 to v1.3.8, i found, that localisation doesn't work.
This bug appears because of undefined datepicker object:
in v1.3.6 (file assets/js/locales/bootstrap-datepicker.ru.min.js) - a.fn.kvDatepicker.dates.ru
in v1.3.8 (file assets/js/locales/bootstrap-datepicker.ru.min.js) - a.fn.datepicker.dates.ru

in second call a.fn.datepicker is undefined.
