Universal visual improvements

To be blunt, most of lapis-chan currently looks like garbage. The only pages that have any real care put into them are the board and thread pages, and even those are simply mimics of a nostalgic time.

I want to revamp every page to look quite pretty while remaining simple and functional. I also want to experiment with different ideas to improve upon the ye olden thread flow while still maintaining general compatibility. I don't necessarily know what this means, but the generic chan format looks like a very old design (for good reason: it is) that could probably be improved upon.

Commit 1e12228 improves the look and feel of forms significantly, bringing them more in line with 4chan but using flex boxes instead of tables.
