Need an indicator that in CodeReady that an application is completely deployed

Today if I use the OpenLiberty Application Stack template for a new project. Codewind (in CodeReady Workspaces). builds the container, eventually a URL becomes available, but the application is not actually available to call. There are a set of tests running and other things. The only definitive indication that the app is ready is to drill down in the open shift console to see when the tests are complete. Causing me to switch focus from what I am doing to navigate the console.
