What happened?
cass-config-builder 1.0.5 is a rebuild of the base image (with some smaller changes). Update to it.

• Kubernetes version information:

  kubectl version

• Kubernetes cluster kind:

  insert how you created your cluster: kops, bootkube, etc.

• Manifests:
