The relative luminance definition as listed in the WCAG 2.x specification is known to be incorrect and not per the official IEC standard for sRGB.
Specifically, the correct threshold for the piecewise equation is 0.04045 and not the 0.03928: https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/wiki/Relative_luminance
