Add Data Processing page

• Help the user create the H5AD object used to run the model (required before Dynamically generate Dashboard based on AnnData object #78 )
• Give options to assign each variable in their input matrix to a factor to make the factors.csv file for them. Same for selecting which columns are differenceed or log-differenced
• Not sure of an easy way of creating the obs matrix, but if anyone thinks of good options add them.
• Can just use DataLoader under the hood to create / write the H5AD for the user

Naw, just made the dynamic page interactive for the user. We can cache results to H5AD for alternative way to load with all parameters set, but that's a future thing for future john
