The bot stops responding to messages after this error, it appears every ~ 10 minutes

This message says that your bot lost internet connection, it can't find Telegram servers. Check your internet.

Интернет есть, но бот отключается (

На скрине четко написано - сервер недоступен. Может Роскомнадзор? У меня штук 6 ботов и успешно пашут сильно больше чем 10 минут и даже 10 дней - часть на вебхуках, часть на getUpdates по таймеру.
