I'm trying to install the "Keyboard Shortcuts Manager" on a machine with VS2019 (Pro Version 16.0.2), VS2017, VS2015 installed.
I'm installing from within VS2019.

After pressing "Download" in the extensions dialog, a dialog pop up with the error message, that "Visual Studio MPF 15.0" is missing.

What can I do to install the extension?

Hmmmm. That's annoying. I'm not quite sure.
I presume that's available with VS2017.
What if you remove that constraint from the extension manifest?

You can unzip the VSIX, change the extension.manifest, then zip it back up again to see if that helps.

Note, the keyboard shortcuts manager comes bundled with the Hot Keys extension.
If you already installed hotkeys, there will be a version silently installed. You might need to remove hotkeys in order to remove the underlying shortcuts manager extension.
