This is a draft of the letter of intent we (QuantStack) would like to propose to CZI EOSS 5 program. We are opening it so anyone can contribute to refine it on the Jupyter community needs and priorities.
This draft has been inspired by the goals and needs defined in the Jupyter Enhancement Proposal for notebook 7.
This will be shared on jupyter governance repository similarly to the Accessibility grant (see jupyter/governance#100).
