Theme automatically jump back to default

Description

I have installed the Dracula theme for jupyterlab: https://github.com/dracula/jupyterlab.
Then I opened this jupyterlab-desktop and set the theme to be Dracula in the setting panel.

It works. Restart it, the theme changed back to the jupyter-dark automatically.

I set the theme again, and check the .json in the json editor in jupyterlab. Make sure the "theme" is set to be JLDracula.

Restart it again, the theme jump back to jupyter-dark again.

Reproduce

1. Download this jupyterlab desktop.
2. pip install JLDracula
3. Open jupyterlab desktop, set the theme to be JLDracula.
4. Restart jupyterlab desktop.

Expected behavior

The theme JLDracula should be the default one everytime I start a session from this python environment.
