Azure Open AI Support?

Problem

We subscribe to Azure Open AI Services, which have the same models available.

Proposed Solution

Add an integration for Azure Open AI Services either by further configuring the Open AI, or as a 1st class integration.

Thanks, LangChain has a provider for this, so it should be easy to add. We will discuss when we might get to this, but in the meantime, feel free to submit a PR.
