Hi everyone! Some people have asked if we could share the letter of intent (first phase of applying) for the CZI EOSS cycle 4 grant that @trallard, @tonyfast, and I worked on. Since this is, of course, a part of the recent efforts we've seen on this repo and might be a helpful resource for people writing CZI grants of any kind in the future, we decided to submit it as a PR.
This PDF has everything we submitted minus personal details and relates to #36. Hope this gives more of the context for the community!
