Steps to run the web app:

1. Clone the project.
2. Change the directory to the cloned project
3. In the current directory, run python app.py
4. Access the page in browser either localhost:5000 or 127.0.0.1:5000

Changes

1. Added title based on score.
2. Display title in leaderboard
