KNITRO.jl cannot be added with latest JuMP, MathOptInterface

If I try to install KNITRO

add KNITRO

it downgrades JuMP and MathoptInterface

This is expected, as KNITRO.jl supports MOI 1.0 only on master. A new release is expected soon.

Hi,
Knitro.jl 0.12.0 has been released, bringing support for MOI 1.0.
Closing this issue now, but feel free to reopen if you encounter any issue with the new version.
