Pour le menu support, faire préciser à l'utilisateur:

La nature de sa requete aka si c'est un "incident" ou une "demande" par un choix (tick)
La criticité estimée par le demandeur de sa requête : 1, 2 ou 3 par un choix - tick)

Un mail est envoyé à [email protected] avec les champs:

tenant id
@mail du demandeur
nature requete incident/demande
criticité requete 1, 2 ou 3
Free text
