Ok so what about fixing issue #5 ?

It's dead but its carcass is still being used by a product deployed to production..does that make sense?

Really mature stuff in here.

I stumbled upon this same error @durdenx gently made a PR. You could freeze the version in your beloved product, and help an uncertain number of developers that are using other modules that unfortunately use your dead carcass by merging that PR.

Now gotta go, have to make a reminder in my wiki if I ever have to use this module due to other modules to make a tweak to make it work.

EDIT - Forgot to mention that you said this on #5

Interesting. Hm, this module hasn't been updated in a while and I haven't used component in a while. Happy to accept any PR that fixes this
