UPDATE v0.5.0 RELEASE

Changes:

• Added a Description line that allows users to describe their goal in Topic in more detail.
• Added DeleteLastRow button, which allows to delete the last randomly created row.
• Small UI changes for a better user experience.
• Added example row to CreationWindow with a short explanation for the user.
• Added new character limits in CreationWindow: roadmapname - 45, authorname - 45, topicname - 45, description - 150 and 50 character limit for each new subtopic.
• Some visual fixes.

About .exe installer. I added the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable installation for x64, x86 and ARM64 to the installer. Also, the user will now be able to choose whether to install this library or not (if it is already installed). The program will not work without this library!
