Needs panning (INS/DEL) and up/down (+/-). Create a pan control and pan-delta control for these controls such that there is option for a head tracker or right stick.

First person view: Automatically pan back.
Camera-independent view: Rotate around player, hold pan.
Slightly-overhead view: Original has no pan.
