FCP directory tree changes protocol

Until we move everything into git, let’s track the changes here.

• Added link to untranslated comics to https://preklady.fan-club-penguin.cz/comic/. (directory listing enabled in 1d3030a)

• Moved the contents of /var/www/fan-club-penguin.cz/mediacache to /var/www/fan-club-penguin.cz/mediacache/from-fcp.
• Added /var/www/fan-club-penguin.cz/mediacache/from-ice.rink containing the tree obtained by wget --mirror --no-parent https://icer.ink/media8.clubpenguin.com/game/items/images/paper/.
• Moved the contents of /var/www/fan-club-penguin.cz/pechar/data/paper_items to /var/www/fan-club-penguin.cz/mediacache/from-fcp/game/items/images/paper/image/600 (previously empty).
