I noticed when working a bit with the trajectory logs of our machine that it seems that the MLC numbers are switched (0 swaps with 119, 1 with 118 etc.) when plotting them using the plot_rms_by_leaf function or publish_pdf when compared to plotting it out from the csv data or using somthing like create_error_array. I was just wondering if this was intentional and I have misunderstood the mlc numbering or if it is unintended. Thanks!
