Hi.
Thank you for this valuable package.
I was wondering what would be a possible approach to calculate PEC sw at Step 2, entirely in R, without using external software.

Hi, well, I have thought about implementing Step 2 in this package, but so far I have not had a real use case. For regulatory purposes, people would probably expect identical behavior to the Steps1/2 tool which could not be guaranteed as far as I can see.
