Scenario:

  • As a Judge, it is not easy to distinguish between a very poor score (1) and failing to evaluate a particular rubric

Description:

  • while not common, it is a team could receive such a poor score.
  • If no rubric is evaluated, it would be very obvious.
  • Particularly on small tablets, it might not be immediately obvious that all rubrics have been evaluated.
  • Also, it is possible to click 'Save changes' before all rubrics have been evaluated.

Options:

  • Add an unscored (0) entry that doesn't correspond to a rubric category (no green highlight)
  • Require comment if poor score (1) is given
  • Highlight on Score Summary page if any team has a rubric scored as 1
