Store metadata for performance runs

str: display name
bool: regular match run - counts towards awards
bool: display - if true, display on the screen

Playoff rounds automatically have regular match set to false and display set to true.

The number of seeding rounds parameter can go away.

When loading a schedule, make it clear that the number of runs is how many pairs of columns to look for in the schedule.

The view and any references to seeding rounds needs to be updated.
