XD_BLOB args check issue in v0.8.2

Hi @jpillora,

I just forked your repo to propose a solution for the issue in the XD_BLOB args check in 0.8.2 but checking in the commit history i realised that a fix by @ajgagnon has already been merged.
Can you please release a 0.8.3 with the fix and publish it on npm, because I'm trying to use your lib and I'm getting the undefined args error.
