Runtime error when input text is too long #81

Typing text longer than the box size throws
panic: runtime error: slice bounds out of range

Using v0.3.0 with iTerm2 3.1.5 on OSX 10.13.2

Another issue I experienced but can't reproduce again: typing longer text gets sent as two separate messages
