Theme change issue - certain components like button, sparkline, and pipe

When changing through themes, some components like the button, sparkline chart, and pipe for ex. get delayed by one selection.
IE. start at default theme, everything is blue. Change to jar, nothing changes. Change to pinkle, components change to jar. Change to default, components change to pinkle.

Pump and Valve seem to be consistently okay.
