Mark custom_datetime as deprecated in favour of {{ datetime format="[]YYYY[-]MM[-]DD[ ]HH[:]mm[:]ss" }}
(Optional - Non blocking for 3.0.0) Show a one-time deprecation notice if anyone uses custom_datetime.
