Load plyr assets locally #155

From the client

We have observed that the plyr.js video player delivered with DOCman load an icon and maybe a mp4 file from the plyr cdn, which is unwanted. This results in transfering the visitor's IP address to the cdn provider, which is unwanted due to the GDPR regulations.
