Referrers apparently enabled in Think Privacy whilst Referrer Switch shows referrer disabed #1

Hi

https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/referrer-switch/ 0.3 enabled in Waterfox 56.2.0, and I had it switched to referrer disabled before installing Think Privacy 1.0.1.

Think Privacy shows referrers enabled:

From the inset view of about:config?filter=referer please, can you tell whether the apparent discrepancy is an issue with Think Privacy?
