proposal: switch interactive to true by default

Prefixing log output with the name of the task isn't very useful for me. It drops colours so I prefer to have interactive:true all the time.

Was wondering if interactive could be set to false by default, or be set via an environment variable, so I only need to set it once.

To be honest the prefix only comes in handy when there are asynchronous tasks. So I would be up for a PR that:

• Only shows the prefix when the parent task is async
• Removes the interactive flag (you wouldn't want an interactive task running asynchronously so I see no need for the flag)
