Starfield Support

Starfield support for this plugin would be of great, especially for those of us who are new to papyrus through starfield.

It is worth noting that, for the time being, Bethesda's extension (found in tools/VSCodePapyrusAddon) covers nearly every use case for Starfield that the community extension covers for Skyrim & FO4. That said, having a community-controlled extension for Starfield Papyrus grants us a lot more freedom with what we can do, both now and in the future.

Bethesda's extension seems very buggy (in fact, I cannot even get it to open its settings, although I have a video telling me to do precisely that), just most of the stuff Bethesda has done around Starfield and, on top, they seem to have put very little effort in making it polished. 🤔 Instead, having this extension to expand to include Starfield would be a lot better...please...expand it to Starfield too!! 🥺
