nikon d800 flash will not fire but photo will be taken #299

Trying to use flash with nikon d800
if the flash is raised then the photo can be taken but the flash does not go 
off.
The flash works normally when the program is closed on my Galaxy S4, which is 
what it is installed on.
Ver 0-30-33 on my Galaxy S4
 This is an amazing bit of software and everything else works like a charm.

What you mean with flash does not go off? 
Btw the Android only DslrDashboard is not maintained anymore there is a new 
cross platform qDslrDashboard at http://dslrdashboard.info
