Dear Zoltan

First of all, a BIG thank you for creating such a great application to control
DSLR cameras from any Android device, it's just awesome. You did a terrific job
there!!! Many thanks

The reason I'm contacting you is because I downloaded a few days ago DSLR
Controler Google Play from
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dslr.dashboard and installed
it on my Google Nexus 5 phone with Android Kit Kat 4.3
I did my first tests yesterday shooting sunsets using the LRTimelapse option. I
ticked the the Holy Grail checkbox and I wanted to use the Exposure and ISO
ramping.

It all worked well except a couple of things... I had my camera in manual mode
and all seemed to work just great. The exposure changed as the sun came down

1. When I selected maximum exposure time, sometimes it didn't work. That is, my
camera intervalometer was set to 20 seconds interval, I set the max exporuse on
DSLR Dashboard to 15"
A) First timelapse didn't work well, exposure was changed but it was stuck at
2.5"seconds, it didn't go higher

2. I tried a second timelapse, didn't touch anything. Set max exposure to 15"
and max iso to 1600 I believe
A) Exposure was ramped to 15" but all went dark and ISO was not moved, it was
initially set to 250 and ISO was not ramped

3. Sometimes When I tried to change max exposure through the dropdown list of
secons, I would change from 2.5 seconds to 15" and it would not accept it, it
would go back to 2.5". However if I changed from 2.5" to next exposure, then
next and next, I managed to set it to 15", which is the max exposure time I
used for my second timelapse

4. If I tried to switch to another task (tried to read an email while DSRL
Dashb was running), if I tried to go back to the app it would say I needed to
exit "live mode". I just couldn't go back to the LRTimelapse screen to see live
view and so on

Those are the errors I found. I don't know which version I have installed on my
Google Nexus 5 Android device, I have the one at Google Play. I see there is a
version on Google Code, is that a newer version that might have fixed these
problems?

My system is:
- Google Nexus 5 with Android Kit Kat 4.3
- Canon EOS 5 Mark II

I couldn't find LumberJack at
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.solarnz.apps.lumberjack so I
can't send you any more information.

Looking forward to hearing from you Zoltan!
Thanks a lot!

Have a great weekend,
Alfonso Moreno
