Probably the best way to do this is to just use consecutive midi channels.
Midi Ch 1, CC 1 - 128 maps to DMX 1 - 128 MIDI Ch 2, CC 1 - 128 maps to DMX 129 - 256 And so on up to 512.
This means implementing a MIDI channel selection - I think right now it's omni.
It might be nice to select a "starting channel" via sysex. A dipswitch would be nicer...
