Import a custom SQL report from a course that does not exist throws an error when editing #222

Steps to reproduce:

Create course A
Create a new custom SQL report in the course A
Enter a SQL valid and save
Export the custom SQL report
Delete course A
Create course B
Import the custom SQL report to course B
Edit SQL and save changes

Custom SQL reports have a courseid param that needs to be replaced when importing to avoid problems when original course id does not exist anymore.
