Screenshots being taken regardless of takeScreenShotsOnlyForFailedSpecs being set #48

When takeScreenShotsOnlyForFailedSpecs is set, a screenshot is still taken, it just isn't saved to the reports directory. I would expect that it wouldn't take the screenshot at all.
