Aho-Corasick的Delphi实现，支持Unicode，加入双数组模式

我重新用Delphi做了实现，并自己实现了一个AC自动机与双数组模式结合的脏词过滤。支持Unicode。
具体用法可参考/Test/文件夹下的测试用例。
因为用的是最新版Delphi 10.1 Berlin；低版本可能需要做修改。
单元文件内都有详细注释，其他就不多说了。
