Our wedding will be in Lancashire, England, very close to the village where Ruth grew up. Liverpool, Manchester, Blackpool, the Lake District, and the Yorkshire Dales are all nearby and London is an easy train ride away (see the Travel page for details). If you're from North America, nowhere in the UK will seem very far away! We hope you'll give yourselves some extra time to walk, visit, and explore...

The reception will be held a short drive a way in a beautiful historic barn, believed to date back to the 12th century:
