jest-snapshot does not work in browser

What is the current behavior?
jest-snapshot uses fs.

What is the expected behavior?
It would be nice if requests could be made to the server to get/post snapshots. I use jest-snapshot standalone so I'm not sure how this would fit into jest as a whole.

I think this would be difficult without also solving #3874. So closing this as that one was closed, although we might revisit in the future
